In today’s passage we see, for the first time, a sermon delivered to an entirely Gentile audience. We recently commented on how sermons to Jewish audiences often began like Old Testament passages…with a reminder of all God had already done for the Jews. But today’s sermon takes on a different flavor…so, note the difference as part of your communications lesson today.
