Happy Friday the 13th, my lucky day, and of course I couldn’t be more blessed than being here with you.

Today we wrap up Numbers, and the beginning of today’s reading is going to recount their whole journey from Egypt to where they’re parked in Moab, poised to start taking the Promised Land just across the Jordan river. That said, we’ll also hear about how they’ll dividing up the Promised Land, so we’ll be skimming some descriptions.

And then in Luke 4 we wrap up the section where Luke describes the season of preparation, including answer a really key question: Who is Jesus?
