Have you ever heard the story of Lesslie Newbigen? I hope so, but stay tuned.

You can’t listen to this show long before I get in your bidness about being a Christian ambassador. So today’s class is answering the question, “what is cultural apologetics?”

Today, however, is not me teaching. Credit where credit is due, I am a huge fan of Professor Paul Gould and his book Cultural Apologetics: Renewing the Christian Voice, Conscience, and Imagination in a Disenchanted World. But instead of me attempting to summarize an idea or two, and given that you’ve had warning that I’m in the midst of a heavy work schedule, I’m going to let him tell you about it via his April 15, 2019 article in Christianity today.

So…from here on is Dr. Gould with, inevitably, a place where I pause to interject or adapt the written word for an audio format.

<from here on you’ll need to listen>
